- Take a pan add water to a Boil add rice, salt mix well simmer till rice cooked well, drained excess water, set aside..
- Take a pressure cooker heat ghee add cumin seeds and dried red chili saute for a seconds..
- Add ginger, garlic saute for 5-6 minute..
- Add onion, tomatoes, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt stir well..
- Pour drained toor dal and water check the consistency of the dal mix well..
- Cook for 3-4 whistle..
- Ready to serve with hot rice..
